In addition to all the performance and functionality of Dragon NaturallySpeaking Medical,
CSpeak provides enhanced integration, navigation, and voice-activated macros for EHR users. We
utilize Voice Recognition as a tool to enhance the use of the EHR rather than an alternative
to the EHR. Clinically Speaking, a Dragon Medical EHR Partner, is dedicated to helping physicians and nurses navigate the EHR
more efficiently, while eliminating transcription costs.
Clinically Speaking Voice Recognition
For groups of fewer than 25 MDs, the cost for the Enterprise Edition is $1625 per provider. For groups of 25 MDs or more, the cost for the Network Edition is $2199 per MD and $800 for non-MD licenses.
Annual Support
Includes email and phone contacts to help troubleshoot and correct any technical issues you may encounter while using the system. $240 per year for Enterprise Edition and $399 per year for the Network Edition.
Web Based Training
Clinically Speaking can provide an interactive online training session. This is a good way to get your users successfully using CSpeak. This option is most cost effective for smaller groups. 90 minute session: $350
On-Site Training
For larger groups of six or more, we highly recommend the onsite option. This allows for accommodating several users schedules and individualized needs. $2,500 per day (includes all expenses)
Custom Workflow Commands
We can create custom commands to fit your site and match your workflows. There are hundreds of “out of the box” commands, but sometimes a unique command for your site is what you need. We will provide a custom quote based upon your requirements. $175 per hour
Software Installation
Clinically Speaking can install your software for a small fee. A good option for a busy site. $75
